1011 Water order Form for 5 gallon Bottles

Filtered water will be supplied in the pantries at 488, so we will no longer use water coolers and supplies from Ready Refresh. Before the move, we plan to use the entire inventory of water that each department has on hand and will supplement it with additional inventory held by the building office.

Please take note of the following important dates and procedures:
- Deliveries - We will discontinue Ready Refresh deliveries as of April 15, 2025. Maggie Messiha from ICS will be in touch with your department to assess your needs beyond April 15.
  - If additional water is needed after April 15,you can place an order at https://www.nyics.org/1011-water-order-form-for-5-gallon-bottles. This order will go to the Building Office whose staff will deliver your water.
- Empty Bottles - ICS will return the coolers and all empty bottles after the move. Please tell us how many empty bottles you have remaining as of May 30. Send us your count by going to https://www.nyics.org/1011-bottle-return.
Departments that use water coolers and supplies from providers other than ICS Ready Refresh are responsible to discontinue their services and arrange for the timely return of coolers.
