As a not-for-profit organization, ICS concentrates on serving its customers in every way possible – in a nutshell we are a value-added reseller. The ICS sales staff does not work on commission and focuses on providing the utmost in customer service. All of our representatives work with each organization to clearly determine their specific needs and are careful not to ‘oversell’ a product or service. ICS representatives have the product expertise, along with their well-established relationships with a wide variety of vendors that enables them to attain the most favorable price/service terms on behalf of all of the entities served.
Our affiliation with many vendors coupled with our ability to match them with the more than 2000 properties that we serve – including 500 schools and 800 churches – gives ICS added leverage when advocating on a customer’s behalf. Said another way… we are recognized, respected, and trusted by the organizations we serve as well as the vendors we represent and that enables us to buy in volume, which results in the discounts that we are able to pass along.
